Our body’s 24-hour biological clock controls our sleep-wake cycle, appetite, alertness, and hormone releases. This is why we feel drowsy at certain times of day and hungry at others. But sometimes, we are forced to go against that rhythm -- whether it’s because of jet lag or a 4am AP exam. We originally made this YouTube video to help fellow international students to prepare for their midnight AP exams, but feel free to watch this to help with your jet lag when you next travel or to just learn more about circadian rhythms!
