Having a routine for yourself doesn't only help enforce a healthy lifestyle, but also saves up mental space that would have been used to plan out your days. First, take a look at how you are currently spending your time. Are you satisfied with the amount of work you are producing? The amount of sleep you are getting? What are you doing during your breaks? When do you get the most tired? These are some introspective questions to ask yourself before you begin building your new routine.
